- Caleb saying "HINTA!" in a singy-song voice, lifting his arms up and down, telling me he wants to GO SWING at the park.
- A very brisk 30 minutes at the park with him, where we swing to his heart's content and run around, holding hands.
- The elation on his face as the cold wind blows into it. His loud giggles as he swings.
- No protests when it's time to head home. It's COLD outside!
- Being able to ask: "Do you want to go play with the choo-choo's at the store or do you want to go home?" and not only getting an answer indicating his preference, but an explanation of what exactly he wants to do now: TV!
- A 2-year-old who can hold his pee until we get home, even though it's freezing out.
- Watching him drink his first cup of hot chocolate. Yummy!
- Looking out the window and noticing that we just missed the rain.
- NO WORK.
